Otelier was born during a time of deep reflection and new beginnings. In the early days of the pandemic, I had just welcomed my daughter into the world—and like many new moms, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and searching for simple self-care. I needed skincare that worked—clean, effective, and quick.

That’s when a family friend, Dr. Delano, a seasoned chemist with over 30 years of experience, introduced me to a line of peptide-infused formulas he had created for friends and family. The results were transformative—better than anything I had tried before.

Inspired by the power of these minimalist, high-performance products, I knew I had to share them. Otelier was created for women like me—busy, intentional, and craving skincare that’s both clean and conscious. Every formula is crafted with purpose, integrity, and ingredients you can trust—so you can feel great in your skin, without the overwhelm.

Shipping & Returns:

We want you to be happy with your Otelier Skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 21 days from the date you ordered your product, all purchases may be returned for store credit.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original box. All returns and exchange require prior authorization. Authorization requests can be made via email at care@otelierskin.com. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standard.

We regret that we are unable to offer prepaid shipping on any returned or exchanged items, unless there was an order error on our end, or manufacturing defect.
