We want you to be happy with your Otelier Skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 21 days from the date you ordered your product, all purchases may be returned for store credit.
All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original box. All returns and exchange require prior authorization. Authorization requests can be made via email at care@otelierskin.com. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standard.
We regret that we are unable to offer prepaid shipping on any returned or exchanged items, unless there was an order error on our end, or manufacturing defect.
